Payment:
A valid credit card or debit card is required to make a booking. We run a pre-authorisation on your card for the amount of the first night's stay but you are not charged until you arrive. If you wish, you may pay with an alternative method upon arrival.

Non-refundable bookings:
A valid credit card or debit card is required to make a booking. We charge the full amount at the moment of booking acknowledgement.

Please note that all guests with pre-paid reservations will be asked to provide their credit card details at the check-in.

Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy:

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days before the arrival date until 23:59 UK time are without charge. Thereafter, a fee equal to 100% of the total amount for the reservation will be charged.

In case of No-Show 100% of the total stay will apply.

Children Policy:

Children of any age are welcome.

Children 4 years and above will be charged as adults at this property.

Children 3 years or younger can share an existing bed free of charge.

Baby cots are available and are subject to availability free of charge.

Group Bookings:
If you require more than four rooms, please e-mail us a detailed request to info@hotelgeorge.co.uk. Please note that rates, terms and conditions, and cancellation policy may change based on group booking.

Long Stay Bookings:
Reservations longer than 10 nights, requires a non-refundable deposit for 1st night
